A 1000 SqFt beachfront suite is welcoming you to the best location of Miami South Beach. The Carlyle is an art deco boutique apartment Hotel, so check-in is seamless. You will enjoy a direct view of the palm trees in Lummus Park and the wide sandy beach just beyond. In addition to living right on the beach, hundreds of restaurants of all cuisines, shopping area, Flamingo Tennis Park are nearby.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a large ensuite bathroom (Shower and Bathtub). The living room has a sofa that can be turned into a queen size bed. Full size kitchen, a separate half bathroom and full size washer and dryer and beautiful new furniture will make you feel like living in your own supersized luxury hotel suite right on the beach - although at a fraction of the cost!

Our spacious suite in the Carlyle has everything you need to enjoy your family beach vacation. Check-in at the 24/7 service desk is seamless. There is also an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there are hundreds of nearby restaurants to choose from.

Our hotel concierge is available 24/7 to assist you if you need anything.

Cancellation & Payment Policy:
Please be aware of the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. If you choose to cancel your reservation, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount to cover Stripe payment processing fees

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee.

The fee for lost set of key and fob is $100.

Please note: a refundable damage deposit fee is collected 2 days before check-in and released 7 days after check-out.
(1) This building strictly enforces an occupancy limit of 2 adults per bedroom. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in this unit is 2 adults + 2 children under the age of 16. All guests must be disclosed to host before check-in and registered at the front desk.

(2) All visitors of guests must check in with their ID with the front-desk prior to entering the property.

(3) No loud noise on the property between the hours of 9pm-9am.

(4) All guests must enter and exit the property through the front/restaurant entrance or courtyard. Entrance and exit through the back stair case and alley is strictly prohibited.

(5) Rules are strictly enforced by the front desk of the building. If any rules are broken, guests will be asked to leave the property and guests will forfeit the full cost of their stay.

(6) This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee.
