Very Nice Place

Condo itself is great, clean and comfy with AMAZING view. Host did a nice job of communicating with us too. Condo is pretty well stocked also. Only issue was the check in process is a little "clunky" and the elevators. The waits at the elevator did afford us the opportunity to meet some really cool people though! So it was all good! Great location also, close to Gulfstream Park, Beach and Hard Rock Stadium,

Great Stay

There were 4 adults & 1 6 month old in our party. The condo was fully equipped for a great stay. The balcony was very big and had a great view. Across the street was a shopping center including Walmart & down the road a bit was a grocery store which made it very convenient to pick up some groceries and beverages for our stay. Checking in was very easy. The property details states two twin beds but it’s actually two full beds. There is a washer & dryer conveniently located in the main area. There was dish soap & dish washer soap provided. Our only complaint which is not related to the unit itself is the elevator. They took FOREVER. At times we had to go up just to go down because it was full by the time it got back to us. There were times we waited 25 minutes. Take that into account if you have to be somewhere. Overall we had a great stay & would book again!

Christmas Vacation - HONEST REVIEW

Truth be told I would not recommend staying here, especially with a group and/or young children. Extremely chaotic and time-consuming process to check in, good luck trying to get up and down the elevator and even more luck required trying to get your hands on a bell hop cart. The check out/departure process was an even worse experience. Bell hop at check-in was extremely frantic and aggressively rushing our party. He came very close to running over my 2-year-old granddaughter with the bell hop cart. The room was also left incomplete, dish towels and cloths were left in the washer, patio furniture was left in the living area, and we had to assemble the roll away bed for use. Trying to figure out the 4 different TV remotes in the living room was also a bit frustrating...really 4 remotes? Being that this was during the Christmas Holiday I was looking for something that would be accommodating yet give us the ability to have some of the comforts of home. Specifically speaking, the online listing indicated there was a bar/dining on property which was not the case. This is the primary reason why I selected this listing for our stay. To make matters worse, the property did not allow any outside food or beverages in the pool area which was a bummer. Long story short, this property does not provide any onsite amenities to just sit back and enjoy without having to leave the property. This 31st floor penthouse is very nice and has a view to die for. Host was very communicative.

Awesome stay

Beach Escapade was beautiful and comfortable. I was staying there with my family. Apartment was well furnished , clean and spacious. The huge balcony had a million dollar view to ocean and intracoastal. We had an opportunity to chill out there also on comfortable furniture. Also it was a very good deal for entire apartment. Resort is located in convenient area with nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping. Lilit was very friendly and responsive. It was great experience and we love to come back again.
