This reservation includes the entire five-unit building. Each apartment has its own numbered exterior entrance, private bathroom, private kitchen and individual mini-split AC. There are no connecting interior doors between units, which makes the property especially useful for groups that want to travel together while still having separate sleeping and living spaces.

Miami-Dade Transit buses run along nearby corridors (Biscayne Blvd/NE 2nd Ave and several NE streets) for local trips; schedules vary by route. The free City of Miami Trolley serves parts of the urban core and can connect to nearby neighborhoods. Biking and e-scooters are commonly used for short trips; expect limited dedicated bike lanes on some streets.

Airbnb does not allow disruptive or open-invite parties, so the property should not be used or advertised as an event venue. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
