Price Reduced! A tourist's delight for single or couple! Perfect for a long or short quiet visits to Miami's best community of Coconut Grove. Host provides all home-away-from-home touches as well as on-site concierge hospitality. Enjoy fine wood furniture, laptop/tablet desk, kitchenette, big closets, rain shower/tub, beautiful wood floors, natural fiber carpets, custom-made organic wool/latex mattress that feels like a cloud.

Private entrance in front and rear exit to garden and wood deck for lounging in shade w/ lots of green foliage. All our running water is filtered and taste delicious. Guest can enjoy our vegetable garden and fruits from our fruit trees like papaya, mangoes, citrus in season. Organic home cook meals available as option if you dont like to cook or eat out. Host family lives on the first floor. Garden Loft is located where everything is just a short walk to the restaurants, shops, movie theater, boat marina, Coconut Grove Metrorail station, supermarket and all manner of business around Coconut Grove. You will have have an HDTV and Kodi to stream unlimited access to HD movies and any tv shows.

You will have entire 2nd floor and balcony deck and will not be disturbed. You will have keys to lock the apartment, entrance is close to your parking space. If you need help with anything we are not far and can help you get around and get the most out of your stay in Coconut Grove.

Hidden "Tree House" in the Grove!

I was traveling alone and wanted more than a hotel. This beautiful loft was well appointed, cozy, quaint, serene and it was exactly what I needed this week! The owners were attentive to any needs I had, which weren't many! They have created a magnificient "tree house" that includes many areas to find peace and tranquility. I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Miami! There's just something special about the Grove and this Loft did not disappoint!

Appartement sale.

Appartement très humide sale avec des insectes qui sont rentrés dans nos valises et vêtemens + dans les livres et morts derrière les coussins du canapé.Plein de poils et de cheveux autour du lit.Le meilleur est la terrasse avec les écureuils proche de nous, calme et sympathique endroit bien situé.

This place was a bit of a disaster. The place smelled weird the bathroom is in the kitchen with no privacy (this is disgusting) and there were creepy decorations everywhere. The place does not look like the photos in the listing. It is definitely not worth what the cost. The only mildly redeeming quality is the location. Avoid if possible

Very pleased

We enjoyed our stay great deal. Let me start by saying this is a unique space with low ceilings due to the roof configuration. The owners have done an amazing job with the space. It is quirking and charming. The back deck was like a small oasis. The property is located on a quite residential street and feels isolated even with the other nearby houses. Owners were responsive with answers to questions before and during the booking process. Much better experience than a Miami hotel. The only difficult thing would be someone with a lot of luggage. Getting up the stairs is a bit tight but very manageable. I would not hesitate to book again. We did not use small kitchen area. I wish the owners continued success.

An Adorable Gem

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The space is quirky and cute, a perfect spot for our one night in Miami. The stairs are a bit steep up to the unit, but we were excited when we opened the door to see our little nook. It was clean and well decorated - just charming. Yes, the bathroom situation seems a bit odd at first, but just close the door between the bedroom and the bathroom/kitchen and it’s no big deal. The bed was comfortable and we loved the little patio off the back. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly What We Wanted

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a cute place and they did an incredible job converting that into a place to stay. It was super clean, everything in the room was very clearly labeled and had instructions on how to use anything you might have questions on. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful. The deck was such a nice touch and really was a nice little cherry on top. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and was in easy walking distance to the CocoWalk area. Will definitely be staying again the next time we're in town!

the Apartment is not as described. It is not clean, no real Bath, only a to the kitchen open toilet and a as well to the kitchen open shower, bathroom sink same like kitchen sink! Where are the two bathrooms…the second Bedroom is a broom closet, as well we found there, on the bedsheet eggs of insects or anything similar… I did several pictures, to forward them if it is necessary! This is really not at all American Standard!!!
