Accessing the property is very confusing given all of the construction. The room was much smaller than the picture indicates. The included breakfast was not that appealing. When leaving the room, we saw a roach crawling on the wall. Told the front desk clerk, but they gave no reaction...not even a sorry for the issue. Will not be staying there again!

The hotel was beautiful. The beds were fantastic and the breakfast food was standard like other facilities. I gave 4 stars for the facilities as this hotel had only one elevator working for a 15 story building. It was inconvenient and the wait times long. Super convenient for getting to the port for our cruise. Transportation was arranged by the facility and our driver was excellent (5 stars to him). My husband did get sick from the yougurt at breakfast. (Will be checking expiration dates during all our travels now) otherwise, we loved the location the area around the facility is beautiful and the views from the high floors is amazing. We will stay here again as we cruise out of Miami often.

Pro- The room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. The young man working desk was very friendly and helpful. The did have shuttle to port and the driver was very professional and friendly. Con- there was only one working elevator when we checked in and none working when we checked out had to use stairs. The area was scary walking to get stuff with all the people asking for money and stuff and when you tried to just keep walking some would cuss at you. Glad we were only staying the night before cruise .

My overall rating will be a 10/10. However, there were a few hiccups. Our stay before the cruise was beautiful. When we walked in the staff welcoming was warming and not fake or force.

El desayuno si deja mucho que desear, la comida es malísima y no tienen una estructura adecuada para la cantidad de huéspedes, mucha gente comía parada o en áreas no destinadas para ello. Deben tener más mesas y sillas, así como una estructura de un desayuno más decente.

THe rooms were clean when we got there. It was difficult getting the room clean though when we had the baby out of the room. When in the room he would be napping and the staff did not know English so it was impossible to get someone to clean when we weren't in the room. Wifi was terrible, always disconnected. We stayed in a suite, very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was very difficult to work. Tried to get maintenance to show us how to use it but they didn't know English. Parking is $50 a day, ridiculous. Parking garage down the street but takes a while to walk there and to get through traffic to pick up the family at the hotel. Alot of homeless surrounding the hotel.

A little chaotic in the front drive up area. Your two choices for parking are: the hotel valet $48 you can take your car in and out as you please or the parking garage across the street $20 and there is an additional $20 every time you go out. We chose valet. Rooms are very clean. Bed is comfortable. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Location is convenient and close to everything making the area very busy and loud. There is a nice Bay Area where you can see yachts go by but also may homeless just laying on the concrete passed out everywhere but I guess that a Miami thing.. bottom line. Yes I would stay here again due to the fact that it was clean and close to Miami port. Like 5 minute drive. Depending on traffic.

the suite room was great. I like that I could wake up early or go to bed later then my children and go in the other area and watch tv and stuff without waking them. The pool was clean and decent size. There weren't any pool towels but they brought a few to refill while we were in the pool. My only complaint was the elevator. It took very long and there seemed to be only one
