With a sleek and modern design, our suite offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Located in the heart of CDMX, our central location makes it easy to explore all the city has to offer.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who are available to assist you during your stay. Our fully equipped suite includes a comfortable queen size bed with memory foam, a kitchenette complete with all necessary appliances, a Smart TV, and free WiFi. The private bathroom provides all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy the convenience and privacy of staying on the building`s terrace (8th floor). While the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor, the one floor flight of stairs is well worth the panoramic views of the city.

Access to the building`s amenities, including the gym and parking lot, is included in your stay. Our 24-hour security and on-site receptionist provide peace of mind during your visit.

In our bustling and convenient neighborhood, you will find a variety of services to suit your needs. The famous Olympic Pool, Francisco Márquez, is just a short distance away. And, don`t miss the opportunity to visit the Frida Kahlo Museum, located just 15 minutes from our accommodation. This museum holds a special place in Mexican culture and features an impressive collection of the artist`s work.

Transportation is easily accessible, with the Eje Central metro station only 2 blocks away and the city trolley bus just 1 block away. You can also take advantage of our convenient location near La Calzada Tlalpan which connects to many points throughout the city. Both the Mexico City Airport and the North Bus Station are just a short drive away.

Whether you prefer to explore CDMX by car or bicycle, our central location on a safe and easily accessible street makes it easy to get around and see all the sights. Please note, our suite is only suitable for two guests. Upon booking, please provide the names of all occupants as only those listed on the reservation will be granted access.

Important points you should know:

• Our check-in begins at 3:00 pm, as well as our check-out at 11:00 am. If you want to make the Late check out it is necessary to notify at least 3 hours before, making a charge of $450 (mxn). (This as long as we have availability)

• If you get cold, you can find a blanket stored in the closet.
• For cooking, you will be able to find the necessary basic accessories, all available in the kitchenette.
• In case you have excess garbage, please place it in the container located in the corner of the Roof Garden. (bags tightly closed please)

• It is forbidden to wander and be in areas of the building, only access to the main Lobby, 7th floor and Roof Garden (it is a common area) is allowed.

• The terrace located on the 8th floor (Roof Garden) is shared with the other guests; the hours of use are from 10 am to 8 pm, so it is not possible to hold meetings or events.

• The established quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am (We request to be prudent with the volume of the TV, since most of the guests come to rest or work)

• The consumption of illegal substances in the Loft is prohibited.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the Loft or the building.

• Visiting is not allowed.

• It is prohibited to hold parties or gatherings inside the accommodation.

• Access is not allowed to people not registered in the reservation. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

• Only small pets are accepted, pets may not be larger than 40 cm in height (Pug, Jack Russell Terrier, Chihuahua, Pomeranian, Shihtzu, Maltese, Yorkshire, dwarf Schnauzer, French bulldog, Dachshund etc.) Unfortunately Due to space we cannot admit larger breeds. It is forbidden for pets to sleep in the bed and be in common areas, the bathing area for pets is outside the building (in case the pet relieves itself on the roof or in any part of the building, a fee will be charged extra cleaning which will be defined depending on the damage to the synthetic grass), if you need something for your furry friend, please let us know.

(Failure to comply with these rules led to a fine from $500 to $2,000 dlls)


• Cleaning is included once a week for long stays (2 weeks minimum), let us know through the app which day suits you best.
