The manager and Vassilis were kind and prompt to respond even though we checked in on Christmas day. The small downside is a suboptimal view of the sunset from the balcony as it faces away from the sunset. However, you can go up the ridge to the cliffside to view it just up the stairs, 30second walk at most. '

Bear in mind, you have to contact the hotel manager around one hour before your arrival, as there was no reception desk, you have to meet up the concierge from other hotel as I think this was one of their group hotels.
