'My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. 'Beautiful hotel. More like studio apartment style. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the action part of town. Its a nice quiet hotel. Tricycle right outside and i think hotel has a shuttle service. '

'The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use.'
