1. Pico De Loro Hamilo Coast Guest House

« The condo had potential, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially considering we paid ₱18,000+ per night. Check-in was unnecessarily delayed due to missing registration documents and poor coordination. The unit needed better cleaning and maintenance. The blankets and couches smelled strongly of sweat/mustiness, the unit and bathroom smelled moldy, the water initially came out yellow, and the outdoor chairs were heavily rusted. There were also no AC remotes and no shampoo or...

« Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. At the end of the day this is still a short term stay condotel »

« Great view of lake Taal, surrounding area is nice I did a lot of walking around. They have what they call a clean as you go policy, they rely on that far too much. The room was filthy mites running around everywhere. they need to give them security deposit, when I got into the room, I saw the only way to retrieve it is through GCash.
