The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is arranged across separate, bright and functional spaces, designed to provide extra comfort for couples, families and small groups.



The main bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, Smart TV and a comfortable desk, ideal for guests who may need to work during their stay. The bedroom also provides direct access to the balcony.



The second room is one of the most versatile spaces in the apartment. During the day, it can be used as a proper living room, with a large Smart TV and a second study area with a desk; in the evening, it can easily be transformed into a sleeping area thanks to the comfortable sofa bed. This flexible layout allows you to make the most of the space throughout the day while keeping the main double bedroom separate from the sleeping area used by the other guests.



The kitchen is spacious and functional, equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dining table, providing everything you need to prepare breakfast and meals independently and enjoy time together.



The bathroom has a window and is fully equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.



One of the most enjoyable areas of the apartment is the furnished balcony, complete with a table and chairs. It is a pleasant outdoor space where you can start the day with breakfast or relax with an aperitif after returning home, overlooking the urban surroundings of Meta and the hills of the Sorrento Peninsula.



The apartment also features air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi suitable for remote working and streaming services, Smart TVs and a washing machine. The building is equipped with a lift and is located within a gated residential complex, providing a peaceful and private setting while remaining in a central and well-connected area.



Guests are provided with bed linen, a complete set of three towels per person – face, shower and bidet towels – and a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper.



A particularly valuable advantage of the property is the private covered parking space located within the residential complex. In Meta and throughout the Sorrento Peninsula, finding parking can be challenging, especially during the summer months. Having your own reserved space means you can arrive comfortably by car, park it securely and decide freely when you actually want to use it.



Thanks to the apartment’s location, a car is not essential for everyday travel. The beach, train station and numerous services can all be reached on foot, while nearby public transport connections make it easy to explore other destinations in the area. At the same time, having private parking provides an important additional convenience for guests who prefer to explore the Sorrento Peninsula and the coast independently.



Check-in is carried out in person by a member of our staff, who will welcome you directly at the apartment and provide all the information you need for your stay. It is essential to arrange your approximate arrival time with us in advance. After booking, you will be contacted privately so that we can organise your welcome accordingly.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. For later arrivals, an additional fee must be paid in cash upon arrival: €30 for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM and €50 for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.



Upon arrival, each guest will be required to present a valid identification document, which is necessary for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities in accordance with Italian law.



The tourist tax required by the Municipality of Meta applies from April to October and is not included in the accommodation price. The rate is €3 per person, per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival, subject to the exemptions applicable to minors.



The apartment is located in a quiet residential setting. Guests are therefore kindly asked to respect the peace of the condominium and quiet hours, particularly during the evening and at night.
