"Klassiek hotel, vriendelijk personeel op een top mocatie"

"Not a Hyatt Regency standard. Hotel renovated in August 2025, but don’t know if that’s an excuse… noisy rooms, when someone closes a door in the hall, you hear it much. All Room doors have 3cm space between floor and door, allowing noise and cold air to enter the room. No coffee machine in the room, no hotel slippers, small/low bath tub… I just did not feel at Hyatt, which normally feels as coming home. The only great thing about this hotel is its location."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"

"Clean, modern room- lovely location in a quiet street across a public space with waterfall. Close to subways, walkable to e.g. MoMa, Rockefeller centre. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooftop has cool high rise views. My next trip will be with this Pod hotel again. "
