Hôtel près de Mesa Village Park (Austin)

« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« Friendly Staff. The room was humid to the point i was sliding on the floor with sneakers on. No sink stopper. No privacy curtain for the window, you could see directly in the room during the day. At night the light to brighten up the exterior of the building, was shining so bright in the room. I woke up at 4am and thought it was daytime. Finally, breakfast was cold. I showed the staff the circuit breaker (One was used) kept tripping, therefore food was not being kept at a warm and...

« Was over the moon to see that there was vending style washer and dryer!! It was very helpful to not have to hand wash and hope uniform dries by the next morning after a long day playing 7v7 football. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is great with several restaurant choices in walking distance. Overall, the hotel has a modern vibe about it!! »

« The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. « I stayed at this hotel and woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy. I turned on the light and saw that there were red bumps on my arms and shoulders. I checked around the bed and found a bed bug. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night because of itching and fear that more bugs would get on me. I put one of the bed bugs in a cup and showed it to the desk manager the next morning - she offered me a 10% discount, which I thought was ridiculous. Don't stay at this place. »
