'We were pleased overall with the property and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. Secondly we were most disappointed at the ongoing running and playing on each of the floors by the kids that were staying at the hotel. They continued to run through the building late into the evening when most people would be settling down in their rooms....

'I’m the type of person that I don’t like to complain because you never know the type of day that a person was having but my room really wasn’t that clean.when I moved back the sheets it’s like brown things on the sheets. Luckily, I brought a little blanket from home that I put down the elevator was broken.'

'First off, the bed in our room horrible. There was a huge dip on one side. The cooling system took forever to turn on and cool off and when it finally came on it turned the room to an icebox even when we tried to adjust the temp. I had asked about if there was a pool and the girl said yes, but im not sure if its open or not because theyre suppose to be remodeling or something. So we didnt attempt to go but then later on there were people in it. Trash around the area and the smell of Marijuana...

'The check in was confusing, they send a txt msg with a link. I have my phone set to filter unknown senders and didnt get the msg ahead of time. Once there, there is no one in the lobby nor instructions on what to do. I had ask a person walking by. Once I called their customer service they resent the link and I registered, which takes 3min to process. The registration process seems to purposely try to trick the user into clicking on a small non refundable damage charge by having it in big bold...

'Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty. Not exactly a great start. Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am. Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning...

'Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though.'

'I was scammed. The bar staff charged me for meals and drinks that were paid for in cash. I have tried contacting them for 4 days now and the manager does not answer the telephone nor will she return my voicemails. I am beyond frustrated. '
