« I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy! Hair on all of our bedsheets, hair, dirt and crumbs behind each bed, wet sheets for the pull out couch in the dresser with no blankets. Microwave was filthy, stuff splattered all over. « The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. You could tell there had been some recent renovations. However there was no one to man the front desk. You had to call for service and the person who came could not speak English so communication was difficult. Our room was also near the front door and every time someone walked in the door you could hear the bell ring which kept us up most of the night. The toilet also ran all night because it leaked. »

« Spacious, clean and having a TV in each room was a nice surprise. Our grandchildren loved their loft, but in the advertisement it says bedroom, which would tell you that the room is enclosed. This is important with the amount of light and sound keeping them awake when trying to get them to sleep. However, it was a very nice memory, and maybe we'll return to see it the summer. It looked like a great view! »
