'Location neuve idéalement placée proximité Saint Florent. Au pied du cap Corse, pas de vue mer, cependant proche route. Très propre, hôte réactive et agréable. Deco sobre et de bon goût, très bien équipée, joli terrasse équipée et piscine chauffée, terrain sécurisé.'

'Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cette maison où rien ne manque. Sa situation calme et tranquille est parfaite pour partir à la découverte du Cap-Corse.'

'Mijn man, een vriend van ons en ik hebben een super vakantie gehad in dit huisje! Het contact verliep vanaf de boeking tot aan het uitchecken heel soepel. De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huisje heeft een adembenemend uitzicht, te zien vanuit de bovenverdieping en de slaapkamers op de benedenverdieping. Alles is nieuw, het zwembad heerlijk verkoelend, de keuken alles erop en eraan en het is heel mooi vormgegeven! Ook heb je veel privacy. We vertellen iedereen die het wilt...

Pendant nos vacances avec nos trois adolescents, nous avons visité la Balagne, avec les villes de Calvi et Ilse-Rousse, le cap Corse, Bastia et nous avons passé trois soirs à Saint-Florent qui est vraiment très proche et très charmant. 'Tolles großzügiges Anwesen. Nette Vermieterin. Spricht auch gut english. Mehrere Supermärkte 10 Minuten entfernt. 15 Minuten zum weitläufigen Traumstrand Plage de la Marana. Kleinere Funktionsmängel sollten jetzt aber behoben sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.'

'The location of the villa is fantastic with a wonderful view of the bay. The villa was equiped with all appliance and plenty of dishes, cups etc in kitchen but unfortunately we had to request gas for the BBQ. The bedrooms were clean but minimally furnished. We missed an introduction to the villa on arrival but could email the manager with questions who responded fairly promptly. We were disappointed that we lost two days in the pool which was green and cloudy when we arrived. It was dealt with...

'We werden welkom geheten door de beheerder Yolanda en zij had iemand meegenomen die Engels sprak. Dat was niet nodig maar erg prettig, en een goede service. Het uitzicht op zee is subliem. We hebben de hele vakantie heerlijk buiten kunnen zitten, en konden de zon opzoeken aan de zijkant van het huis, waar riante ligbedden staan. Met wederom een fantastische uitzicht. 'Super villa, piscine excellente pour les enfants et adultes. Propreté bien. Concernant l emplacement je n avais pas compris que la maison était à côté d une église (reveil matinal par le sons du clocher) et petites améliorations concernant l aménagement: il manquait des linges de cuisines, un panier à linge et l étendage est rouillée (ce qui laisse des traces sur les habits), les couteaux dans la cuisines manquait d affûtage. Le grille est au charbon ce qui est moins pratique qu un grille à gaz....

'We had a wonderful week in spring with the Ferrier family. Despite the unpleasant surprise of the pool being under reconstruction, the warmth and hospitality of the landlords Nicole & Jean-François easily made up for it. Such warm and hospitable people make your stay a perfect one. The garden is manicured with so much love and care. The apartment is perfectly cleaned with all the utilities one might need. 'We had an amazing time in this wonderful property, so much so that we had a hard time leaving the house to go visit the cap corse! We spent our time between the swimming pool and the beach below the house, playing with the paddle, snorkeling and enjoying the scenery. The garden is beautifully kept, the house is fully equipped with everything you wish for. That is why we will be back next year for sure !'
