« We stayed for a family wedding that was happening not too far away from the hotel. Most areas around the hotel were less than 20 minutes away. The hotel was very convenient in terms of distance, it was also comfortable and clean, and my family enjoyed their stay! »

A basic room across from the gym and bathroom for $375 was ridiculous!! I’ll never stay here again and I’ll warn all who have ears to stay away from this crooked establishment! »

« My wife is diabetic. The refrigerator and freezer were not working properly. In the bathroom, when washing our hands and brushing our teeth, the water pressure was severely weak, almost to a slow drip barely running. We thought maybe just do to the long day. My wife tried to shower that evening the 22nd of May and was afraid the water pressure would not rinse her completely. I showered the next morning the 23rd and had the same experience both shower and sink. Thank you »

« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »

« This property is located on an industrial cut-de-sac making it noisy. The photos of the property make it look much nicer than it is. Most guests were construction workers so there was a lot of activity early in the morning. The coffee pot was unusable to use due to baked on coffee, was not able to clean it off. The air conditioner loud and the beds creaked whenever we moved. We chose this location because of its proximity to Marcy hospital. It was not what we were expecting in comfort. ...

« We had a very good stay at the Quality Inn. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and having access to a clean, convenient laundry area was a big plus during our trip. The staff deserves special mention—they were all courteous, professional, and eager to help.
