This Mentone retreat features two spacious living areas—one on the main level and another on the lower level—each with plenty of comfortable seating and smart TVs for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Both spaces are perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the mountains.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from modern appliances to cookware and utensils, plus a bluetooth speaker for your favorite tunes.

Enjoy meals at the large dining table in the formal dining room for casual meals and snacks.

Master King Bedroom: Unwind in the king-sized bed, catch your favorite shows on the smart TV, and refresh in the ensuite bathroom.

Third Bedroom: Two single beds, plus a small selection of kids’ toys and books—perfect for younger guests.

Fourth Bedroom: Cozy queen bed designed for a restful night’s sleep. Located on the lower level of the home.

Queen Sleeper Sofa: Located in the downstairs living room.

Master Bathroom: Walk-in shower, stocked with starter essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels.

Second Bathroom: Shower/tub combo, also with starter toiletries and towels provided for your convenience.

Third Bathroom: Shower-only, complete with starter essentials to help you settle in comfortably.

☆Outdoor Space☆
Step outside to enjoy fresh mountain air on the front and lower porches, complete with outdoor seating. Fire up the gas grill for a cookout or gather around the wood-burning firepit (wood not provided) for cozy evenings under the stars. An EV charger (220 volts, 12-35 miles per hour) is also available, located just off the lower porch, close to the front left corner of the house.

The easiest way to explore Mentone and the surrounding area is by personal car, as most attractions, shops, and restaurants are spread out in this mountain town.

Rideshares such as Uber or Lyft may appear in the area, but availability is very limited due to Mentone’s rural setting. Guests should not rely on them as a primary mode of transportation.

Public transportation is not available in Mentone.

To make the most of your trip, we recommend driving your own vehicle or arranging a rental car before arrival.

•Please note that a $50 pet fee will be applied per stay.
•We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
•No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 60 pounds.
•Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
•Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated and well behaved.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

• For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies.
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

13. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

14. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit.

15. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

• Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 60 pounds. If your pet is heavier than 60 pounds, it will require pre-approval from our team.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided).

16. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

17. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

18. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

19. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

20. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.
