'Such a cute guest house that sits behind a big historic home in a very beautiful historic neighborhood. If I were to live in Memphis, this would be the neighborhood I would pic. Felt very safe and the owner on property is very nice and helpful. We were only there 1 day as we traveled through for an overnight roadtrip. It’s hard to find places that don’t require 3 day minimum. (At least places that you’d want to stay!) super cute setup they have there. '

'The stay was great. There was an issue for about an hour with the internet, but that is no fault of the owner (Remote worker here). I think certain areas like doors could use paint touchups. I am someone who likes to watch tv while in the bed so please put a small tv in the bedroom. It would be nice to have an extra blanket if needed while watching tv. Yes, I would stay here again. The gated group of apartments gets a thumbs up from me.'

'This cozy space lets in so much light it greets the guest with open arms and gives a warm embrace when entered. The wall color is serene, and there are ample outlets for guests who need more than two sockets per outlet. Also, the proprietor supplies a blow-dryer--nice! And, finally, the location is central to anywhere a guest would want to go in Memphis. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in a place with a historic feel of the city.'

'Safety/Security? Yes! Gated and plenty of cameras, all different codes, easy to use, parked in the alley and still felt safe Clean/Comfortable? Yes! Bed and pillows were amazing, bathroom and kitchen were clean, floors were clean, very impressive, just the right size and use of space, 2 of us and never felt cramped I was given all the info I needed to access the property prior to check-in, the owner emailed to check on us and made themselves available daily if needed (we didn't), the property...
