'The owners have set this property up really well. It's a lovely location. The accomodation was really clean, the heating was great and the beds also very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we had been able to say for longer!'

'Outdoor needs a clean, cobwebs garden.overgrown a lot. Looked messy and unclean. Inside they only provide 150ml milk for 14 guests plus one dish washer powder for 14 ppl staying 2 nights. The dishwasher didnt work, we spent half our engagement party cleaning. Beds were lumpy and so uncomfortable. No door on one bedroom. Not worth huge price'

'This property is in the heart of Sanctuary lakes estate right next to waterfront. All of us including kids thoroughly enjoyed the house. Best part is the kitchen openning up to the massive backyard space. Plenty of furniture in the living areas as well as bedrooms to help organise a large group like ours. Worth noting upstairs bathrooms do not have a privacy lock otherwise everthing else is excellent.'
