THE SPACE
An enviable location on the narrowest strip of the southern peninsula is our renovated Sorrento Del Mar. A 3-minute walk to Sorrento Village and only a 10-minute walk to Sorrento back beach - a patrolled ocean beach with a stunning coastal walk and wonderful rock pools.

You'll be delighted in both directions you walk however the home is luxurious and people enjoy sending their time relaxing out in the spacious grassed backyard, or cooking up a feast in the well-designed kitchen.

It is the perfect base for your family or friends gathering, sleeping up to 8 guests. Modern and luxury styled for comfortable living with air-conditioning and heating throughout.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
