It is the perfect destination to explore countless wineries and cellar doors in Red Hill, local markets, adventure gardens, art galleries, dining experiences, marine activities and walking track adventures.

It is an easy 10-minute walk to Capel Sound Bay Beach and only a short 8-minute drive to the Peninsula Hot springs.

Fully contained kitchen with an assortment of Lipton teas, Nespresso DeLonghi coffee machine with coffee pods, stove/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer.
All basic essentials included - oils, vinegars, condiments and spreads.
All detergents, cleaning cloths, tea towels provided.

Bathroom:
Shower, bath, vanity and hairdryer provided.
Fresh cotton towels.
All toiletries included - Beach Rd Naturals products: Shampoo and Conditioner, Body Wash & Soaps, Hand and Body Cream.

Separate to bathroom.
Toilet paper is supplied.

Washing machine.
All washing detergents and fabric softeners supplied.

Pets:
All pets are welcome at our property and backyard is large and fully fenced. There is also a dog kennel for your use.

Schoolies:
We do accept schoolies bookings though a higher bond is required.
