3, AIR: central AC (heat & cool) just for you.

4, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise.

5, TV & INTERNET: Two TV sets with Rocu.
Verizon 5G high-speed internet, WIFI only!

6, KITCHENETTE: efficiency kitchenette, we encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker, Refrigerator with freezer)

7, Non flushable items: don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the east space coast by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens.
(The whole sewerage is recently updated to commercial code PVC, which won't have problems by itself!)
