Note: The solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!

Let the north-facing sun shine in via floor to ceiling bi-fold doors or recline by the poolside, the kids will love the rear yard offering ample room for ball games or the likes of hide and seek or escape to the second living area/media room

This four-bedroom oasis, which boasts timber floors in the main areas and carpet in the sleeping quarters, has four bedrooms, sleeps eight and has the potential to accommodate one or two families or large group of friends

St Andrews Beach is located just an hour from Melbourne and comprises part of 35 kms of continuous ocean beach that stretches from Cape Schanck to Portsea and is part of the Mornington Peninsula National Park.
Head out the front gate for a short trip to the Peninsula Hot Springs, a long lunch at St Andrews Brewery or access world-class golf courses and the region’s magnificent wineries.

Mature, well behaved dogs allowed on request. They are not permitted on furniture or beds and all traces of dog need to be cleaned up prior to departure.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night.
