    De keuken heeft al uw kookbehoeften, 2 badkamers (3 toiletten), 4 slaapkamers (4 queensize bedden), een eetkamer met plaats voor 16 personen, split-systemen voor verwarming en koeling en een open haard.

    Slaapkamer 1 - queen en een eenpersoonsbed met een plafond ventilator en een eigen badkamer delen.
    Slaapkamer 2 - queensize bed met airco en een gedeelde badkamer.
    Slaapkamer 3 - queen loft bed en 2 stapelbedden (4 singles) en een eenpersoonsbed en airco, tv en dvd.
    Slaapkamer 4 - queensize bed
    Alle bedden hebben een middelgrote doona en kussens. Linnen in BYO of voor $ 30 / bed extra.

    Het huis heeft 2 decks. Het voordek zit in de prachtige noordelijke zon, die is warm in de winter en biedt schaduw in de zomer. Er is een 4-pits, hooded BBQ met 12 zitplaatsen outdoor tafel en stoelen om te zitten in de noordelijke zon. Het achterdek (5x10M) biedt dekking tegen de regen met een 8-zits ronde tafel.

    Er is een trampoline en schommel met 2 stoelschommels, een tarzan schommel en glijbaan (het is roestig door zeewind). Er zijn 2 kano's en een parasol (alle in de schuur). Er is een groot, vlak gebied, perfect voor een kick van footy of een spel van krekel.

    Er is een beveiligde oprit naar boten te parkeren.

    The Peninsula Hot Springs, wijnhuizen, nationale parken en golfbanen liggen op korte rijafstand.

    Kinderen en huisdieren

    Iedereen is welkom en ze zijn allemaal veilig. Het hek houdt kinderen en huisdieren met voldoende ruimte om rond te rennen.

    Er is enorm veel entertainment voor de kinderen met een trampoline, schommel (het is verroest door de zeebries) en een huis om rond te rennen wanneer je spotlight speelt!

    Het plaatselijke strand is hondvriendelijk (check tijden) en 50M weg.

    LET OP - dit is een beach house. Het is niet een hotel of een paleis. Als je kieskeurig bent, kunt u niet van toepassing. We houden ervan vanwege zijn geweldige locatie, lage keyness, open haard en voorzieningen!

Friends & family

The property served its purpose for a large group of people staying away together. The main reason for booking the property was for the spa. That was lovely! Julie was very responsive to messages during our 2 day stay and got things fixed quickly.

Comfortable holiday house with modern facilities

A comfortable, well equipped modern holiday house perfect for multiple families getaway. The pool and spa are more suitable for the kids given its size. The spa is not always hot but on warm days, didn't matter much for the kids. Modern facilities make it a nice holiday house, just across the road from Rye Beach and a short walk from town centre.

Everything you need for a great getaway

Great property and great location. We were a party of 16 and we didn’t feel like we were sitting on top of each other. Some went for walks along the beach, some did some shopping which was within walking distance of the property and others just lounged about in the alfresco area. The house is equipped with everything you need, even a sandwich press. Some beds are more comfortable than others, so try and be the first person there to try the beds 😀.

Very satisfied

I stayed away for my 40th Birthday. The house has a good layout with a large entertaining living area and a seperate rumpus room with couches and tv that our kids stayed in and used a lot. I also found that when I was outside in the back yard near the pool, when the glass sliding doors were closed, it significantly blocked out any music and noise from the inside of the house. Overall, it met expectations as it can sleep 16 and was a beautiful modern home. I would stay again.

"WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!I'm still fuming about the absolute disgusting state of the property we leased for our holiday. We arrived at 2pm as planned, only to be made to wait in our car for 50 minutes while the owner dragged her feet. When we finally got in, we were greeted by a dirty house with live ants crawling on the benchtops and dead ants stuck to the window frames. The outdoor area was deserted, the pool was a murky mess with a nasty leak, and the floors were grimy with spider webs hanging from the ceiling.When we tried to bring it to the owner's attention, she was dismissive and made excuses. Her solution? "We'll pay you back your cleaning fee" - which, by the way, we are still waiting for, over a week later.Needless to say, our holiday was ruined and we'd be doing everyone a favour by warning them to steer clear of this health hazard. Don't waste your money or risk your health - stay away from this property!"

Disgusting house

•No privacy in living areas (no curtains or blinds)•Mouldy, unusable BBQ causing 200 worth of food waste•No bins in bathrooms•No towels or hand towels provided•Heated spa not working (a key feature in our booking decision)•Locked cupboards, minimal kitchen utensils, and unclean furniture•Dirty or incomplete bedding, including stained doonas and missing sheets•Cobwebs on ceilings and poor outdoor maintenance•Faulty back gate and unexplained noise from a locked roomWe left early at 2pm on the Sunday when check out wasn’t until Monday. Given these problems and the impact on our experience, we believe a partial refund is fair and request that it be processed. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

Good size property that can fit a few families

Great location to restaurant and hotspring. House is great for a few families with kids. Need to bring own linen and towels. The host has rules to have everything cleaned however there is also a cleaning fee charged so I am not sure whether it is still required for us to clean everything but we just be good and try to keep the house as it was when checked in.

Weekend getaway with friends

My friends and I had a fabulous time staying for two nights at this property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and the lounge area was very comfortable for us to play some of the boardgames from the cupboard. Beds and bedding all provided which was great. East check in with a lock box and great location close to shops and beach.
