Budget friendly, FULLY stocked vacation home with 6 bedrooms, 2 baths (sleeps 12 in REAL beds) and 2 outdoor entertainment areas. 6 miles to awesome beaches - shopping, entertainment and restaurants within 3 miles. Cable, Wi-Fi, gas grill, outdoor dining area. Located just off 192, very quiet, dead end street. Use of entire house and half acre lot. For large groups; additional parking is available off Georgia Ln. on the west side of the home. See additional information for full list of amenities and supplies included with rental.

Perfect family/group home participating in USSSA Sports Complex tournaments. Short 13 miles/18 minute drive to Viera.

Always a Great Experience

We’ve stayed here several times over the past few years, and it’s always an excellent experience. Well-kept home with lots of space inside and out for larger families like mine. Quiet neighborhood close to everything and just a short drive to beaches. Comfortable beds, decently stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and misc incidentals. Will always be my first choice when traveling to this area.

Comfy with minor faults

I stayed here for 3 nights with family. It was easy to find and located close to the area where we would be going. I give it 4 stars due to two things: 1. Based on how the house is layout with 3 bedrooms on one side and 3 bedrooms on the other side, there should be two AC units. The one central air was not sufficient and one side of the house was really hot while the other half was cold. 2. The inside was modern but the outside was a bit rundown and did not match. You can see this on the photos and while I did not mind, some people in my party did not feel comfortable. I think the owners just need to spend some time on making the outside look nicer so it matches the inside. Everything else was great and overall I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful For Large Families

Loved everything about this property. This was our second time staying, and both times were excellent. If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood with plenty of comfortable bedrooms, nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms, large dining area, and outside amenities of a covered patio with dining table, firepit, grill area, large side and backyards, and plenty of parking this place is for you. Excellent communication from hosts, easy check-in and out. Hated to leave. Hope to have this option for our next trip to visit family.

Wonderful Stay

This house was just as cute as a button. To match the cuteness, it was super clean and in a good area. This house fit 8 people with more space available. It was just what we needed with a stocked kitchen and enough linens and towels. We will be staying here again!

We needed a place big enough for our full sized bass boats and 6-7 men. We found this place with enough room and privacy with plenty of stores close by for whatever we need. It’s a great place to stay!

The property was clean and located close to the beach and anything else you might want to do. We all really enjoyed all the bedroom and large beds. The bedding was a huge plus because it was very luxurious. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook at the house. I would highly recommend this home and the owners.

A short stop

This is a house that has 6 bedrooms split up into 3-3 on opposite sides of the house. It was perfect for our two families who shared this rental. Kitchen dining room and family room all in the middle. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had all we needed. It was about 24 minute easy drive to the Space Coast Sports Complex and about a 10 to 12 minutes drive to the beaches in Melbourne. Everything was super clean and ready to go for us.
