Perfectly positioned in a quiet street in the heart of one of Melbourne's trendiest suburbs, this 3-level stunner is sure to impress. Architecturally stunning with its spacious design, modern finishes and private rooftop terrace, you’ll step off the vibrant streets of Collingwood into a place of instant calm. We can accept dogs but please contact us first to get approval before booking. Enjoy all this area has on offer with its alternative vibe, trendy cafes, live music and & culinary delights then unwind in this beautiful home at the end of the day.

Located a street back from Smith Street and a few blocks from Johnson Street, you won’t have to walk far to be amongst the funky street art, abundance of cafes, vintage stores and delicious array of restaurant cuisines this area is famous for. Pop on some comfy shoes and hit the streets, there’s plenty to explore and be entertained by, and this is all within a few streets. Or jump on one of Melbourne’s iconic trams and you’ll be in the heart of the city within 10min minutes.

Downstairs kitchen/lounge and dining:

Whilst you have every food option you desire a short walk away, you may fancy a meal in – and our fully stocked kitchen enables this. Including oven, electric stove-top, microwave and a large assortment of pots, pans and cooking utensils, you’ll be all set to have an entertaining night in.

Light-filled and spacious, the open plan kitchen and living area has a large dining table offering seating for 8 plus an additional bench seating for 4 and a modern, comfy lounge to unwind in front of the large screen TV.

Bedroom 1:
Located downstairs, it comprises two single beds and modern accessories with heating and cooling and TV with Foxtel.

Three bathrooms:
All bathrooms are modern with large showers and we provide a small amount of complimentary hair and body products to get you started for your stay. For longer stays we recommend bringing or purchasing your own.

Bedroom 2 and 3:
Located on the first level, both bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds, heating and cooling and TV with Foxtel.

Study/Office Space:
Visiting for work? Then plug in the laptop and finish off those last minute emails in a quiet location away from the office, with your own study space complete with comfortable ergonomic desk chairs for added comfort.

The architectural brilliance of this property has left no space un-used, with a second set of stairs leading from the first floor up the roof level where a retractable glass roof opens up onto your own private rooftop terrace, giving this property even more WOW factor. Enjoy the warmth of the sunshine all year round with a lovely garden, leafy outlook and bench seating.

Collingwood has evolved from a characterful suburb into an artsy, stylish area with a thriving bar and dining scene. There's plenty of award-winning restaurants, great bars, galleries, and plenty of browsing to be done in the many vintage clothing and furniture stores.

From the Airport:
1. Take an Uber or Taxi
2. Take the red Skybus to Southern Cross station then pick up the Route 86 tram on the corner of Spencer St & Bourke St towards Bundoora RMIT via Smith Street.

The closest tram stop is Stop 18 (Hodgson Street) outside Woolworths which is serviced by Route 86. After getting off at Stop 18, it is then a short 2 minute walk to the house.

Please do not use the back driveway for parking as often other cars will park over the driveway and you will be blocked in. One parking permit is included for street parking.

- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.

Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.

Collingwood townhouse
The priority is as described and has spacious living areas with the roof top terrace being a nice addition for a snack and drink. Nice spacious living area, easy off street parking and the location is a dream being one block back from Smith Street and Tram 86. Great eatery’s nearby and 2 supermarkets. We will be back.

Nice apartment in a good location. Just lacks the finer points
The apartment was lovely and in a close proximity to shops and cafes. Dissappointed with communication from owner. We could not work out how to get to the rooftop. Sent a message as a phone number is not provided and there is no information book in ghe unit. Finally they got back to us on our ladt day of stay. Also no soap in bottom bathroom but a sign detailing how to wash hands. Very minimal tea and coffee supplies. Some damage to walls in the unit. The beds were quite comfy. They just need a bit more information provided.

Stunning 3 level modern property
Property was spacious and aesthetic. The third level rooftop is definitely it's best feature. Each room was equipped with its own TV, aircon and bathroom. The kitchen had a great electric stove that made cooking super easy. Would definitely stay again
