Perfect location, loved the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Great sized bed but way too firm for our liking. Fantastic that it’s pet friendly with a very secure yard and conveniently located right near the dog beach. Very clean, however there is a resident mouse that lives under the oven which we first heard squeaking and then saw run across the floor. Lots of parking on the front lawn on the road, but we were not given access to the roller door to park off the road and inside the property which made the pack up more difficult when leaving as it was raining. We asked for an earlier check in and were kindly given a 1pm check in which was much appreciated. No shampoo or conditioner provided in bathrooms but lovely smelling body wash is provided. There’s no air conditioning (we didn’t need it as it wasn’t hot when we went) and only one fry pan; feedback that past people who have stayed have provided multiple times over a couple of years but still has not been addressed. Communication is prompt. Easy check in and check out process. Price was very expensive as we booked late and for the Easter period. Although we enjoyed our stay and short getaway, 2500 for 3 nights wasn’t value for money with this property.
