The Space:

Nestled in the serene countryside of Woori Yallock, it is just an hour's drive from Melbourne, conveniently close to the charming towns of Seville and Yarra Junction. Surrounded by verdant landscapes and majestic mountains, and even encounter friendly farm animals on your journey here.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria getaways here, we advise that you bring your necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.



NOTE: Please be advised that there will be other guests on the property. A second tiny house sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except the tiny home block, which requires permission from the land host.



Additionally, we offer farm-to-table meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients at our inviting cafe. Or, you can fire up the grill at our BBQ area and cook your tasty treats.



For pre-orders, we kindly request that you contact your host on land at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a seamless check-in process.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

By car:



- 6 mins drive from Seville

- 12 mins drive from Wesburn

- 18 mins drive from Warburton

- 8 mins drive from Yarra Junction

- 1 hr drive from Melbourne. All are reachable in both 2WD or4WD



By public transport:



- No Taxi service public transport from Melbourne city southern cross station to Lilydale station and from Lilydale station take bus to Woori yallock once you reached Woori yallock give us a call we will pick you if you specify your time of arrival.



Other Things to Note:

- WiFi is available

- Gas BBQ Grill is available

- Pets are allowed by prior notice

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas

- Telstra has a good signal while the rest have weak signals

- We have friendly working dogs on the property; please advise

- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings

- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.  

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban period

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
