Escape to Nature in Our Warm & Welcoming Family Home

This is our much-loved family home, newly built around 2 years ago and thoughtfully prepared for relaxed family stays. There is plenty of space inside and out, with a warm, lived-in feel rather than a bare rental setup

The home has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a walk-in robe and ensuite with shower and bath. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has bunk bed (single at the top, and double below). There is also a second bathroom with shower and toilet

The main living area is open, comfortable and easy to use, with a large dining table seating up to 8, a comfy lounge, and a full kitchen with induction cooktop, 2 ovens, dishwasher, pod coffee machine and double fridge. The home also includes a mudroom, laundry with washer and dryer, and reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms

A large deck opens directly from the living and dining area and is one of the best parts of the home. It includes an outdoor dining setting and comfortable lounge chairs, with plenty of space to eat, relax, read, or just enjoy the bushland setting

The yard is family-friendly and set up for kids to enjoy, with a cubby on stilts, climbing net, trampoline and slides. There is also a fire pit area for cooler evenings

The carport fits 2 cars, plus plenty of off-street parking on the nature strip if you have visitors

The property is in a natural bush environment, so you may see kangaroos, native birds and other local wildlife. As with any bushland setting, you may also see insects from time to time. Please supervise children outdoors, especially around the play equipment, fire pit and natural areas. Our outdoor play areas and natural surrounds include elevated spaces, rocks, and playground equipment with high drops
