'it was crawling with cockroaches and the bedding looked like it had been melted lifted mattress and was filthy underneath and management refused to refund payment because it was booked on line'

'Nice budget hotel, clean, spacious and modern'

'Had a very pleasant stay , staff was very helpful, even the manager was very nice , Thanks'

'Vrijwel alles prima. Eerste avond vrij lawaaiig!'

'This was an overnight arrival and stay in order to connect with family member heading on a cruise. The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida...

'This was an amazing property no complaints at all'

'Heerlijk motel in Melbourne beach. '

'6 day stay. Myself and my wife. Clean studio, staff was friendly, main two complaints were 1-the noise from the mechanical room could be heard basically all night just non stop. 2- the pillows were the most decrepit sacks of cotton I’ve ever had in my life. They just zeroed out comically pancake thin I ended up with a stiff neck after the second night that was so bad it compromised me for the rest of the trip even with extra pillows it just was so painful. in combination with the noise I slept...

'First room smelled like mold, asked for a change, second room also smelled like mold but not as bad, and it was late so we just accepted it and went to bed. Woke up with sore throats and congestion feeling awful and checked out immediately. I regret staying for the first night. Breakfast offered on our way out was abysmal. Cleaning crew was kind and helpful, front desk was nice, but I feel horrible for anyone staying there for an extended stay.'

'At check-in, the front desk employee was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked really nice! Only downside was that the AC unit that made quite some noise was located directly next to the bed (2-3 ft away from where my head was), and the pillows were a little bit flat/thin. But would definitely stay here again.'
