'Checking in didn't go smooth, because I stood in front of closed gate for 15 minutes. But from then on, the very friendly staff made me feel at home. Only other downside is that there is no public transportation nearby. And taxi drivers will try to shake you down. But that's not the fault of the B&B.'

'Ok for the price. Great to have breakfast included. Jack helpful and welcoming. Issue with the shower - they were very quick to resolve. Unusual setup in the bathroom in the family quad room, with mesh window between our bathroom and another bathroom (had curtains both sides) so could hear everything... Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool - was clean (not sure that the small fish were meant to be in there but kids were fine with it).'

'Morris, Susie and their family were so welcoming and really looked after us. The location is something else and you can just sit and watch the volcano and listen to it rumble for hours. Our bungalow was basic but comfortable, and it was nice to be able to switch off for a couple of days and experience the local village life.
