'Vieze geur in het appartement was penetrant en erg storend.'

'The worst experience. The room was filthy. The sliding door was broke with lock, Injured my right thumb trying to unlock door. I have pictures Requested a 7am wake up call and received a call at 718am by a live person asking if i receives my 7am wake call, what a joke. I was rushing to get to my appointment then. The bistro bar was not operational, broken coffee maker. I now have a stye on my right eye after sleeping in that disgusting room. Asked management for a call, still have not received a...

'First room was dirty- someone else’s hair was all in the sheets- that clearly hadn’t been changed. Switched rooms and it was somewhat cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was mildewed badly and the whole hotel smells musty. All linens were musty and dingy. Would not stay here again. Bed was also awful, like sleeping on box springs. Hard hard. 10/10 would not recommend if cleanliness is important to you!'

'Everything was amazing. Only thing was the sliding glass door wouldn’t lock to the balcony but was on 2nd floor screened in porch other than that was good. Just wanted them to know bout it. Staff was very friendly. I wasn’t expected to pay $10 a day for parking which wasn’t mentioned on website as an expense when I booked it. Wasn’t happy bout that when I checked in. I expect to get a refund from miss communication from Ocean Creek or whoever owns property or over them.'

'The property is very modern, exceptionally spacious, and conveniently located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dishes, and the 2½ bathrooms were a welcome convenience. Overall, the condo was very well cleaned, and we had a very good stay. However, a few details stood out against the otherwise clean and well-maintained property. Some of the baseboards were dusty or dirty, there were stains on several walls, and one of the bedspreads...

'Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must. '

'Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further'

'Everything was great!!'

'Clean room and we'll maintain.'

'We can’t say enough about how happy we are that we chose the Avista Resort during our visit to Myrtle Beach. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the accoutrements we needed. We had a lovely view of the ocean. The staff was friendly. We liked having the beach so close. Sitting in the sun by the pool was relaxing. We will return!'
