The modern Villa Elica is the right choice if you want to spend a peaceful vacation near the sea in the quieter part of beautiful Medulin, especially suitable for families with younger children. Villa Elica can accommodate up to 8 people. The modern interior offers 4 comfortable, sun-drenched bedrooms, each decorated in different subtle colors, giving them an individual touch. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds and is located on the first floor. The other 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds and are located on the 1st floor. All bedrooms have their own bathroom.

The uncovered terrace on the second floor offers a nice place for your morning tea or coffee while enjoying the beautiful view of Medulin and the sea less than a kilometer away.

The living room as well as the open dining area and the fully equipped kitchen are also located on the first floor as well as an additional separate guest toilet.

The living area has direct access to the covered outdoor dining area overlooking the refreshing pool and garden. Here, family and friends can get together and enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue.

The inviting pool not only offers a wonderful place to relax, but you can also enjoy the garden with its various fruit trees and indulge in apples, pears, grapes, cherries and other delicious fruits depending on the season.

In the middle of the garden, children can play carefree in the playground or on the trampoline.
