It has complitely renovated 2 bathrooms, large three bedrooms with a matrimonial bed and 2 additional sleeps if neccessary, large kitchen/dining and living room as one room, large terrace and nice barbecue place behind the house with a dining table. It has everything for your pefrcect holidays.
Just 700 m away there is a yacht harbour. In surounding area there are a lot of things to do for everyones taste (open gym area, playground for the children, restaurants, beach bars, pebble/rocky beaches,..)

Nearest minimarket is 150 metres away. There is a volleyball on the beach, play equipment for children and of course you can hire canoes, boats or bicycles. A beautiful cycle path runs through the forest by the sea. Just 2.5 km from the apartment you will find the famous Roman amphitheatre Arena.

This spacious 95m² apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate eight people. All three bedrooms have a double bed. In two bedrooms there is a possibility of two additional sleeps on futon bed (90 x 200cm). The two small bathrooms each have a shower and toilet. In the spacious living room-kitchen there are a seating area with a sofa, TV and a dining table. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove (two gas and two electric rings), oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine.
