This is an ideal apartment for your holiday because combines remarkable facts. On the one hand, the apartment is located close to the center of town, while on the other hand, the apartment is situated in a peaceful location near the sea.

Only 400m away (approximately 5 minutes walk), there is an incredible gift of nature, a beautiful, large, sandy beach. This is most famous beach in Medulin and one of the most famous in all Istria. Name of the beach is 'Bijeca' and extends a mile along the coast. The beach is sandy with a nice entrance to the sea which is suitable for children and older people. Young people will be attracted with beach volleyball, and children will be entertained for hours on the water slide and in the water park. Above the sandy beach you can find a place in the shade of trees so you can spend the whole day in relaxation.

For this reason, this apartment is especially recommended for families with children. Also, this is an ideal location for those who want an active vacation (walking, jogging, biking, etc.). Nearby there are many kilometers of beautiful seafront promenade for your pleasant recreation.

But that's not all, 1000 m from apartment, (20 minutes walk), you find “Vizula”, peninsula in the heart of Medulin and its green oasis, is an exceptionally significant archaeological site. On the southern and southwestern side of the peninsula stretches the site of the luxurious ancient villa, thought to have been the villa of Emperor Constantine the Great (280 - 337). The Roman complex at Vižula was built from the period of Emperor Augustus to that of Emperor Constantine the Great (1st - 4th century) There you can see the remains of areas for everyday life, promenades, as well as thermal complex, areas with mosaic floors, remains of wall frescoes, capitals, columns, marble walls and floors, architectural decorations, bronze, glass and ceramic objects. Beside the preserved remains of the ancient villa, information boards have been set up along the promenade on the peninsula, telling the story of everyday life of the Romans in the ancient villas – information on entertainment, fishing, olive oil production, etc.

But there is more, for those who like to explore and visit the historical monuments in the vicinity is the town of Pula (10 km) with the famous Roman amphitheater - Arena, the Temple of Augustus, and countless historical sights. Also, in the vicinity (15km) is the national park 'Brijuni', and a nature park 'Kamenjak'.

If you want to visit Pula, historical monuments and the Roman amphitheater of Pula, without a car, there is a regular city bus (Medulin - Pula) which runs all day, but also, a taxi is always available.
