The house is modernly furnished and fully equipped to accommodate 8 to 10 people. It has two Apartments: basement and ground floor. Basement has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. On the ground floor are also a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace situated. Both kitchens are equipped and have a fridge, electric stove, oven, dishes and dining table. Bedrooms are not air conditioned. There are two air conditioners in the house: one in the basement and the other one on the ground floor. Guests also have a washing machine and two parking places. Bed sheets and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. There are no stairs inside between lower and upper apartment.
NOTE: the house is not suitable for groups of young people.
