'The room was cold we had to use a space heater. The adjoining room had the light on all night and we could see light all around the door all night long . I gave notice to day staff that we would be checking out early and she rold me to tell the day staff because she didn't know how to do refunds. Come the next day they said i didnt give 24 notice so they charged me for the day i wasnt there. Not impressed with so called Manger not professional at all. I wouldn't let a dig stay there.'

'Arrived, in a blizzard, just a few minutes after the designated check-in time only to find TC Motel doesn't actually have an office in their building. You're directed to go across the street, in a blizzard, and get a room at the TC Motel from the EconoLodge desk. But, there was no one at the desk when I arrived - after driving thorough a blizzard to get there at the check-in time advertised. Another client of theirs was on his 3rd visit to the desk as he couldn't get his room key to open his...

'De kamers zijn groot en schoon. De hoekjes in de badkamer konden schoner. De ontbijtkamer is klein, eenvoudig. Het ontbijt was karig. De eerste ochtend waren de borden op en was er niemand aan wie we een bord konden vragen. Ook moesten we wachten op een tafel. Er waren niet genoeg plekken voor de gasten om gelijk aan te schuiven.. Het was op de eerste ochtend ook smerig. De 2e ochtend was het beter. Een dame die steeds aanvulde en ook steeds alles schoonmaakte.'

'We stayed here recently for my daughters swim meet in Medicine Hat and I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations here. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The girls enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here for future swim meets. '

'Staff was awesome, comfy bed, only issue is I didn’t get a wifi sign in and the pool is closed, however if you just need a place to stay for the week for work or whatever else this is the way to go. Good place to stay for the time being '

'New renovated property with brand new floor, bathroom and kitchen cabinets which were very nice; however there are not enough plates, cups, bowls for our stay. Also, bath mat and bath curtain need to be replaced. The cleanness needs to be improved. '

'The front desk staff, not particularily polite when I checked in. Didn't provide much information, had to try and figure out stuff ourselves. Biggest concern ... NO snow removal on exterior stairs, making for a very unsafe situation. Bed very firm ...tap was very loose in room. Breafast ( scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns ) cold. '

'The pillows were small square pillow and should be king size pillows in a king bed suite, I’d bring my own next time if I could. There was a big gap under the door that allowed noise and a door sweep should be put on it. The room was clean and the staff was friendly access to the casino and good steakhouse. I’d give higher rating if the couple things I mentioned were remedied. Overall a decent place'
