'For some reason the lock was not coded or was incorrectly coded. The owner took care of it but it was a little frustrating after a long day on the road. Kitchen was adequate. A fuse blew while we were there leaving no light in the bathroom. I was told that nothing could be done because the fuse box was in the basement was occupied and we could brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. Along with the bathroom light, 2 of the free standing air conditioners went out too. Needs some work. Although the...

'Dale, the property, and the weekend were absolutely perfect. If you’re looking to disconnect from reality and connect with your friends, family or even yourself, you should absolutely stay here. 'Cute studio within walking distance of downtown and the UW campus/War Memorial Stadium. Several thoughtful extras provided. The bed was a little low and the shower a little high so it helps to be a bit limber. We enjoyed our stay.'

'Awesome location a couple blocks from downtown with easy access to just about anything you need. We didn’t use the second bedroom, but it’s very well set up. Main bed is incredibly comfortable. Great TVs, plenty of closet space, nice fenced yard to the front for dogs, easy access to laundry area. Very clean, very reasonable, check-in and checkout processes. Plenty of on street parking. 'We only stayed for one night, but it was very clean and comfortable. Also, everything we needed for our stay was supplied, and the hosts were quick with their responses. The check in process was easy, and the hosts were very reasonable with their check out requirements. Over all, it was an enjoyable stay. '

'The property is clean and pretty basic. What you see is what you get. We would echo another reviewer's comment that a dresser or small table to put your luggage would be nice in the bedrooms. And we could have used some extra pillows and bedding.'

" Nice place which is very close to the park entrance. It's quiet and we loved the room. Only we didn't get any reaction on questions via WhatsApp and/or the messagebox from Expedia. Because there is now reception this is not so nice. Further all fine. We had a good stay."

"Leuk gezellig resort vlak bij de Rocky Mountains NP en op korte afstand van het pittoreske stadje Estes Park. Het resort is van alle gemakken voorzien met een mooi goed onderhouden zwembad, bbq plekken en andere bezigheden, gelegen aan een riviertje en met ernaast nog een restaurant. Kamers goed onderhouden en in typische Amerikaanse stijl ingericht."
