'Checking in late (11:30pm) was a bit of a challenge when the property is full and the valet isn't available. Worked out ok though.
A/C was also out in the workout room as they were waiting on a part.
Sadly, our room was never refreshed during our 3 night stay. Advised the front desk. They admitted it's been a challenge and apologized. Very kind but would've been nice to not have to call down for fresh towels after two days. :)'

'It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date...
