'I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the room itself was clean and looked nice, my overall experience was very disappointing. The noise level was terrible. I could constantly hear water running through the pipes, especially when the room above flushed the bathroom. On top of that, you could clearly hear people walking around on the upper floor. 'The stay was alright but the staff not so much. I was told i couldn't stay another week suddenly when i had already booked again. I did nothing wrong and the front desk knew the day before i was plannion staying but didn't inform me until check out time the following 2 days after knowing what i was doing. Now im have problems getting my refund.'

'The hotel was nice but the staff are another story. We had drove 16 hours and tried to check in an hour early. The desk attendant told us no but we watched another party check in early. Also my husband was charged 3 separate charges all over $50 a piece with no explanation. We called and was given no reason and told a refund would be coming. We also went down and asked for towels during our stay and was given one towel and told there was no other towels or wash rags available. '
