'The service, the food, and concierge service is amazing. The property itself is beautiful. The staff is great. Bruno is an amazing host. They really take care of you and want you to have a great experience. I booked several activities with their concierge service after coming from Machu Picchu. They accommodated some last minute requests and I am so happy that I used their concierge service instead of looking elsewhere to explore the Sacred Valley. They have the best communication and I...

'great property avg breakfast and rest'

'Nice place, near city center and easy access to transportation. Beautiful room, just a bit noisy. No A/C, so have to keep the patio door open. No fans available, so bring a small travel one if necessary. Would stay again, beautiful little town.'

'I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

'Very nice property in a quiet area with amazing mountains view.'

'great'

'We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

'What a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The hostess was amazing and did everything for us, including organizing transportation, preparing meals, doing laundry, and giving us a nice hike recommendation. We are so grateful to have been able to spend our time in the Sacred Valley at Unuwasi!'

'I really liked the staff, each of them. They ask me in advance when I’d have my meal, they are attentive, and they’re kind and honest people. The dog and cats at this property contributed to a friendly atmosphere as well.'

'I stayed one day/night at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic. This is not a luxury hotel, but the views, gardens, and food were excellent! The staff at the restaurant were kind, friendly, and respectful.'

'Clean room and grounds . Helpful staff . Easy to get to central Urubamba area with transportation. Dinber options were very good. Breakfast was appropriate for Peru. '
