Holiday home with 2 bedrooms

We rent a cozy, bright holiday home for up to 4 people in a holiday complex. It offers 90 sq m of living space with a secluded garden (320 sq m total) and a private boat dock.

The holiday home features 3 bedrooms, a guest bathroom on the ground floor, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower screen on the upper floor, a washer and dryer, boats (no license required) for rent, a waterfront terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, a new kitchen with a ceramic hob and microwave, a Senseo coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, a flat-screen TV with many German channels, parking directly at the holiday home, an indoor swimming pool open year-round, tennis courts (for a fee), a playground, and a beach in the immediate vicinity.

Please note: We do not have a fence around the water, therefore the property is only partially suitable for small children.

The final cleaning fee includes electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning.
