« Room was really nice and roomy. Loved the shower but the floors looked like they needed mopped. The check in receptionist was very nice but the one we gave our room keys to when we left was rude. Also the ice machine on the fourth floor wouldn’t work »

First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...
