'Plenty of easy parking close up. Quiet location in safe area. Beds were very comfortable. Older building with some expected issues that need attention but room was clean and had what we needed for overnight stay.'

'This hotel overbooks its rooms and does not notify guests in advance. When you arrive to check in, they may tell you there are no rooms available and claim it’s not their fault. If you don’t want your trip ruined, I strongly recommend that you do not stay here.'

'We have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best over all experiences we ever had. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Excellent wifi. Breakfast & dinner buffets have a lot of variety & healthy choices. Location is very central to Mobile & Gulf. We felt very much at home!'

'Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online.'

'The room was disgusting. Carpet was sticky and the bedding smelled awful. Asked the front desk clerk for a laundry bag and she handed me a trash bag and said she didn’t feel like going to get a laundry bag. This was absolutely terrible for the price we paid . Awful experience'
