'The staff was exceptional. Room could have been cleaned better but was acceptable. Small variety of breakfast items available but what was offered was good.'

'Clean room'

'Got there and room was disgusting. Asked to cancel 4 day reservation because of room. Was not offered any options. Contacted expedia and was told that owner would not refund. Even after checking out of room. There were cigarette burns in sheets. Stains on bedding and walls. I contacted expedia about it with pictures and was told owner wouldn't refund any of the 5 nights.'
