'We ended up checking in late because we were picking our daughter up at knight, . We checked in with no problems, but our heater went out in the middle of the evening and it was very cold that night. The next morning we went and spoke to the staff, and they were incredibly accommodating and helped us move to a different cabin, which was absolutely amazing. We will stay there again. The customer service was incredible! '

'We were not able to adjust temperature on thermostat in room. Appeared to be pre-set and we were hot all night. If hotel is going to pre-set thermostat, this should be disclosed at registration or in room description. Also a $200.00 hold was put on credit card for incidentals, which is not acceptable, and they charge $5.00 per night for parking. Won't be staying here again. '

'Even though the pictures and room description said there was a coffeemaker in room (actually said Keurig in description and pictures)there was none. You have to go down to the lobby to fix a cup of coffee. I was traveling with my young grandson and needed to get to up and get going early. I couldn't leave him to go down four floors to get coffee in the morning. The TV was terrible to try and find a channel. The channel guide was not correct and you could not scroll through the channels. You had...

This hotel is in a lovely area definitely recommend the Arysley area of Charlotte as it is the right level of quiet and city in the outskirts of the meca of Charlotte and excitement that it is! We loved the room, the ammenities and the staff were knowledgable and quick to help! The breakfast crew were welcoming as well!
