Great stay!

Pros: We had a good time staying at this property! We enjoyed the setting of the living room, which is very open. The location is quiet and away from the road. The host was very responsive and provided assistance when we needed.Cons: cleaning staff might be a bit rushed when doing their job (which I assumed is beyond the owner's control). The sheets in 2 bedroom downstairs have stains all over them. There were items still in the washer and dryers when we checked in. Pet hair was on the floor on main floor and attic space.

Schools out for summer celebration

This cabin was the cutest! It was the perfect was for us to kick off school being out for summer with the kids!! They kids loved the hammock and hot tub!! The decor and all of the finishing touches in the cabin were perfection!! The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed! Communication was excellent!! We can’t wait to make this s family tradition and book next year!!

Cozy Getaway with Great Amenities

The cabin looks exactly like the photos. It’s new and has amazing amenities like the indoor sauna and hot tub on the back patio. We visited on one of the coldest weekends so we enjoyed both of these! There were space heaters provided which helped keep us comfortable inside. We contacted the property manager about an oven error and issue with the kitchen sink and they were very communicative and helpful. We are considering coming back in the summer time so that we can enjoy more of the area and the outdoors.

The hot tube was green when I arrived. Lost a day and a half. Got told it will clear up. They added chemicals and Didn't say anything until I told them it was green. Good thing no one got in it.The kitchen sink leaked all over the floor when you used it. The drain pipe would not stay connected. The stove kept throwing a error when you tried to use it. I called and I was told to reset the breaker. So, I had to do this everytime you used it. We check out early. Contacted the host and told them about the issue and all I got was he would let owner know. I ask for a 1 day refund and got no response since.

Hocking Hill A-frame

The property was quite nice. We did have issues with housecleaning, and the oven, and no propane gas for grill. The oven we were able to reset, but upon morning departure it was erroring out again. We did have a quick response to our issues, and within half hour we had a tank of propane delivered. Our trip concluded with finding a mouse in our tub. But you are out in the elements….

Clean, Quiet, Peaceful, Fun

This cabin was incredible! My kids and I loved the hammock, spiral steps, and hot tub. All areas in this place were awesome. We enjoyed the cabin so much, we preferred to stay in, rather than explore the area. Very secluded. This setup should be the standard for modernized cabins. Better than pictures show.

Girl’s Family Getaway

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was very clean, and the perfect location. The only reason for the 4 stars is. We were there Monday-Thursday. At 9am Wednesday I got a text from the property manager saying that a technician would be out to inspect the oven. We had used it with no problems, so I was confused. He said the previous guests had problems with it tripping the breakers, and the only day a technician would be able to inspect it was that day. Since this was going to be our last day here, we were planning to try to cram in as many things as we could that we didn’t get to in the previous 2 days. He said the person would be there between 1-5. So we delayed some of our plans, but by 3, no one had come. I texted the manager and said I wasn’t comfortable with someone inside while we weren’t there. He seemed a little upset about that, so my daughter opted to stay behind. No one ever showed! I even messaged the owner thru the VRBO app and just got an automated response, no actual reply to my message. All of that could have been avoided if I had been made aware of at the beginning so we could have planned accordingly. There is a sewer-ish smell, but very slight except we noticed it got very strong after some heavy rain. The cabin is beautiful and very clean with nice appliances that are on the higher end. The beds were super comfy and the AC is amazing. That might be why the breakers were tripping with the oven on.

Cabin nestled on the hill

Great a-frame home! Plenty of spaces for a large family/party. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the location was good to most places we wanted to see.

30th Birthday Party Oasis

We had such a wonderful stay here this past weekend! This home was welcoming and cozy. The perfect spot for my brothers 30th birthday surprise. Everything was ready for us upon arrival. We found some fun games that provided the perfect entertainment for the night. There were some essentials in the kitchen cupboards, which came in handy! The hangout upstairs was the coolest thing! The home was everything we needed and more. I would absolutely love to stay here again.

It was good, the dishwasher was not unloaded from the previous guest, there was no soap in the upstairs shower and there was a foul oder in the cabin like a dead animal. Otherwise it was nice

Excellent Property/Getaway

This beautiful place did not disappoint. This was our first VRBO experience and it was a great one. The house was clean, well stocked and had felt like home the second we walked in. My children loved watching TV or reading a book in the net hanging near the loft. The hot tub was a huge hit and and the beds were super comfy. Communication was amazing with the owner and he checked in to make sure everything was going well. Great getaway for a couples weekend or family time away. We will be back!!!
