This superb luxury villa, new 2011, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped will bring you the relaxation you want. Luxuriously furnished, the very large living room is equipped with a Home Cinema, flat screen, DVD and CD player, wifi. As you wish, you will have your breakfasts and meals in a beautiful fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the swimming pool and its 25m2 terrace or one of the 2 other terraces with magnificent views. A very beautiful mezzanine with its reading corner or TV overhangs the living room. A 25m2 air-conditioned bedroom with Home Cinema, large flat screen, bathroom and closet is added to the 4 other beautiful bedrooms, also air-conditioned with bathroom and closets, wardrobes. You can swim in a magnificent private 12x5 swimming pool with crystal clear waters while eating on the terrace grilled barbecue. The lush garden with its flamboyant colors will delight you during your meals or your naps on the deckchairs.


Located on the west coast of Senegal 80 km from Dakar, this prestigious villa of 450 m2 on two levels benefits from a beautiful garden and a beautiful swimming pool. Nearby, you will find all the amenities and leisure activities (SPA, thalassotherapy, restaurants, shops, boutiques, pharmacy, sports activities: golf, jet-ski, quad, fishing center, beach 400 m). 10 minutes away you can visit a 'Bandia' animal reserve. The villa is secured 24/24 hours by a caretaker. For your comfort, an automatic generator and 2 blowers with their water reserve are installed to compensate for unpredictable power cuts which can be frequent in Senegal, from a few minutes to several hours. A cleaning lady will guarantee the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. The caretaker ensures your safety and maintains the swimming pool as well as the green areas. The windows and the beds are fitted with mosquito nets.

Superbe villa

Après un circuit de 15 jours à travers le Sénégal nous avons déposé nos valises pour deux semaines dans cette magnifique villa. Environnement calme et propice au repos. La villa est proche des superbes plages de Saly et des commerces (Saly center) Fatimata est très agréable et serviable. Moussa, le nouveau propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible et réactif. De nouveaux aménagements sont prévus très prochainement notamment une cuisine comtemporaine dont les plans sont magnifiques. Je recommande cette location aux grandes familles ou groupes d'amis car beaucoup d'espace et chambres très bien distribuées. La piscine est un plus appréciable. Le ménage est fait très régulièrement. Un petit salon a l'étage supérieur serait bienvenu pour les personnes qui souhaitent s'isoler un peu. Superbe séjour au pays de la Teranga, que du bonheur. Un grand merci a toute l'équipe

un énorme potentiel

la maison est parfaite : confortable, bien située, au calme mais proche des commerces et de la mer. Quelques ajustements sont à faire sur des détails pour mieux répondre aux besoins des européens, surtout s'ils ignorent le fonctionnement du Sénégal. Notre hôtesse Fatimata est fort agréable et avenante mais devrait s'améliorer en cuisine.

This is a nice house for a big group with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. Nice and very spacious. It is not far from either Saly or Somone. It might be a little hot during hot season as there is no AC in the living room.

Très bien

C’était notre septième séjour à Saly. Maison spacieuse et agréable à vivre. La piscine en particulier est assez grande pour pouvoir nager un peu, ce qui est rare. L’eau est régulièrement nettoyée par Moustapha, dont la présence est également un grand plus : gentil, discret, fiable, honnête et bon organisateur. La cuisinière (Nina) était très bien. Et le ménage fait tous les jours par Rama est un luxe apprécié ! L’environnement direct est plutôt moche, mais c’est comme ça presque partout à part dans les résidences. On est à dix minutes de Saly Center et ses commerces pour Sénégaulois. Les navettes pour l’aéroport étaient nickels. Le propriétaire est plutôt réactif et serviable. Moustapha le gardien est exceptionnel. Nous avons tous passé de supers vacances !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passez un merveilleux séjour grâce en particulier à Mustapha le gardien et rama la cuisinière! Mustapha a toujours été très réactif , à l’écoute de nos besoins et nous a trouvés pleins de belles choses à faire . Rama nous a fait manger 2 soirs et c’était succulent ! La villa est très propre , la piscine est grande et il y’a tout le confort ! La literie est très bien également. Bref le séjour était magique grâce à eux et le fait que la villa soit très bien situé ( Auchan a pied et le centre de sally en 5 Min en taxi ). Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons certainement dans cette magnifique maison !

Séjour agréable à Saly

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans la propriété de Régis. Merci à Moustapha de nous avoir accompagnés tout au long du séjour, même dans des situations complexes ( Moustapha a trouvé un médecin pour nos tests PCR, sans lui, nous aurions eu du mal à repartir en France), d'avoir répondu à nos demandes, d'avoir organisé nos sorties, ... Mention très bien pour la cuisinière, nous avons goûté la cuisine sénégalaise tous les jours et chaque fois ce fut un régal. Quelques petits travaux de la propriété seraient à envisager ( il semblerait que ce soit prévu) pour que tout soit parfait. La maison est bien tenue ( plusieurs heures de ménage tous les jours intérieur et extérieur). La plage (10 minutes à pied) est superbe et très propre. Petit centre commercial à quelques minutes à pied, très pratique. Beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire sans véhicule ( loisirs, courses, ...)

Très belle propriété

Nous étions dans une très belle villa atypique et grande…la clim est indispensable dans les chambres mais la facture est assez conséquente à la fin du séjour!! Même si vous ne la mettez pas vous êtes obligé de la mettre!! Le gardien Moustapha était dans sa loge dans la résidence… il veillait au bon fonctionnement et avait le respect des convives!! Il était présent dans l’enceinte.. ça chacun l’apprécie ou pas…Une femme de ménage vient tous les jours et fait très bien le ménage! Nous n’étions pas spécialement dans Saly, nous avons pu visiter le lac rose, y faire du quad du dromadaire, aller à pikine, à Dakar, faire du safari à la réserve de Bandia et autres!! La piscine est propre et est très agréable ++++!! Nous vous recommandons la villa! La plage n’était pas de notre goût (propreté), celle du lac de la Somone était plus agréable et celle qu’il y a au lac rose est paradisiaque… Elle est assez cachée, nous avons pu la voir en y faisant du quad…merci à Regis pour sa réactivité…très bon propriétaire

Great pool but house needs some TLC

My family and I stayed there for 4 nights and 4 days. It was very pleasant initially as it was sunny and the pool was a lot of fun.The kitchen was well furnished and functional. We hired a cook for an extra but it was well worth it as she is professional, discreet and knows her way around this kitchen. On the down side at night it was unbearable to seat in the living room as the heat and mosquitoes made it difficult to rest. There is no AC in the living room, so we had to purchase fans to keep the temperature down. We couldn't also be outside as there are a lot of mosquitoes and other bugs roaming around. We stayed during the rainy season so that might explain it. We also lost power for an entire afternoon before the guard decided to replace the battery on the generator. Overall, it's a great location but it still needs to be renovated to include for example an AC in the living room and also treatment of mosquitoes and other insects. We almost paid the equivalent of one night for the electric bill at the end of the stay.

La gentille Fatou nous a concocté de superbes plats un regal et Inda qui faisait le maximum pour que cette maison reste propre . Das Haus hat eine Gute Lage, , man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen und Supermarkt. Schöne Aufteilung im Haus. Klasse Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Maison idéalement située où tout est mis en œuvre pour passer un séjour parfait !

Le personnel de maison est à la hauteur de la qualité de la villa : parfait ! Moustapha est disponible, sérieux et charmant . Il sera vous faire passer des moments inoubliables. Le ménage est fait de fond en comble tous les jours: Marianne est une vraie fée du logis. La maison est calme et surtout située idéalement : commerces, plage, clinique, pharmacie.... Nous venons régulièrement dans cette maison et c’est un bonheur. Essayer c’est l’adopter ! Merci au propriétaire de nous accueillir dans ce coin de paradis !

Encore un merveilleux séjour

Nous revenons de notre troisième séjour dans cette somptueuse villa. Que du bonheur! Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve dans cette magnifique villa ou rien ne manque et ou le personnel est toujours aussi agréable et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Un grand merci à Mous et Marietou ,toujours soucieux de notre bien être; ils ont su par leurs nombreuses qualités, participer à rendre ce séjour encore une fois, inoubliable. Mustapha se charge d'organiser au mieux toutes vos excursions et sorties . La villa est très propre et très bien entretenue par Marietou. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances, dommage que la dernière sortie proposée par Mous soit le départ pour l'aéroport ! !!! la seule dont ont se serait bien passée. Nous tenons également à remercier Régis pour tout, et pour avoir su garder le secret de notre arrivée auprès de Mous. Encore plein d émotion à l'arrivée!!!
