'I loved the forest access. It was a huge bonus for me. I also loved how close it was to all the other hiking areas and cloudcroft/Alamagordo. Another bonus is hpw dark it gets at night and how little light pollution there is whoch allows to see stars. Even better, the forest was accessible at night which gave way to all kinds of great opportunities for astrophotography. Excellent place. 'The Inn was in a great location. It ended up being right next door to the venue for the wedding we were attending. They provided the code and instructions to enter less than an hour before our check in time though text message. Super convenient. All we had to do to check out was reply by text. No fuss. 'This B&B is a gem in the stone of a precious ring. We had a wonderful evening and morning there. Fortunately the Christmas decorations were still up and with all the snow, a wonderful experience. We were as snug as we wished in our room and with the wood fire downstairs. Breakfast was marvelous and the interactions with Lindsay were as much or as little as we wished. Looking forward to returning in a few months while it is still chilly up there.'
