'The room was clean . The bedroom was small for a double, bed was very comfy but had a terrible squeak every time one person moved . The bathroom spacious and good shower. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Located very good for travelling around the area .'

'Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. Sadly Expedia does not include information about the live music at the Malthouse, so we were unprepared for the volume in our room immediately above the music which went on until about 12.30a.m. Not surprisingly, this rather spoiled our otherwise enjoyable stay.'

'The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property.
Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

'I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc.
The staff were wonderful and very helpful.
The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional!
Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.'

'Nice place but the room I had was next door to a nightclub. Friday and Saturday night were really noisy. So much so that I asked to move rooms on the Saturday.
To be fair this was not a problem for the staff who accommodated my request.
Other than the noise late at night, no issues.'
